How to Merge PDF Files Online
Combine multiple PDF files into one in seconds. Upload up to five files, drag to set the order, and download your merged PDF — no software needed.
Merging PDFs is one of the most common document tasks — combining a cover page with a report, bundling invoices for a client, or assembling scanned pages into one file. Riqa handles it in a few clicks, with no software to install.
What you'll need
- Up to 5 PDF files to combine
- A free Riqa account to download the result
How to merge PDFs
- Go to riqa.app/mergepdf

- Drag the file list to set the order — files are merged top to bottom as listed
- Click Merge PDFs
- Sign in or create a free account, then click Download merged PDF
Your files are combined into a single PDF and ready to download.
A few things to know
Up to 5 files per merge. For larger batches, merge in groups then merge the results together.
Order matters. The list order is the page order in the merged output — rearrange before you click merge.
Orientation is preserved. If some files are landscape and others portrait, the merged PDF keeps each file's original page orientation.
Why merge instead of sending separate files?
A single PDF is easier to share, sign, and store. One attachment instead of five means less back-and-forth and fewer chances for a file to go missing.
